Toes In, Out, Parallel - TIOP

Feb 15-22, 2014

TIOP is a versatile move. Not only can I choose the direction of my toes. I can also choose whether I do the move standing or walking with both feet, or standing on one, and TIOPing the other.

It "improves mobility in your ankle, knee, and hip joints". I feel the strongest effect in my hip joints. And I love monitoring the front and back of my pelvis - the closing of the front and opening of the back in toes in, the medium state in toes parallel, the opening of the front and closing of the back in toes out.

Since I coninue to use my imaginary tail for a more integrated move (see Heel Lead, HL), I also sense it in these moves.

Every day move: walking around the corner and changing directions. Recommendation: start from the hip joint!

It's fun, and it's healing!

"(TIOP) improves mobility in your ankle, knee, and hip joints",  TIOP verbessert die Mobilittät in Fuss-, Knie- und Hüftgelenken".
